And who said that you can't have fun at the library?

After Potter

Far from being the world's speed reading champion, Bossard Library Director Betty Clarkson finished the newest Harry Potter about 2:30 a.m. More than twenty five people stayed overnight for the release of the newest and last in the Harry Potter books. Mrs. Clarkson was unavailable for comment on Saturday. She is sleeping.

Visitors to Bossard Library (Gallipolis) will make their predictions about what will happen to Harry. We will join the world as we find out tonight. Happy reading!
It is after 9. The music has started. The library meeting room and adjoining Atrium are fully decorated for the Quidditch tournament and other games. Participants will be divided into houses and the teams will compete in a variety of games (including Scene-it) until the midnight release of the book. After that, people will be reading.... Feel free to post your comments and feelings about the night of Harry Potter.

The Deathly Hallows, Part 1

It's nearly 9 PM.

The newest- and the last- installment of Harry Potter will be released in three hours.

In a short time, 80 people are expected to arrive.

Stay tuned for more on The Deathly Hallows... and the library's new blog.
